Parking is available in multiple lots, with regular parking in Lots 2, 6, and 1, and accessible parking available in Lot 4 at the main entrance. Parking fees will not be charged.

- Parking Lot G, located at the corner of Hesperian Blvd and Depot Road, is most directly accessible to the Performing Arts Center.
- Head-In parking is enforced at all times.
- Please observe all painted curbs and use them accordingly.

San Mateo Performing Arts Center
600 N. Delaware Street, San Mateo, CA
The theatre seats 1500 and is the largest stage between San Francisco and San Jose. All seats offer unobstructed views of the stage. Handicapped seating is available.

General Parking in Lot 1 off of Perimeter Road. Parking is free on Sundays. Proceed up the stairs directly across the road to access the theatre.
For Accessible Loading/Unloading
- Proceed past Lot 1 on Perimeter Road, take the second left onto the access road.
- Proceed to the end of the road. On your right will be the Student Center. On the left will be the theatre which is a short walk away through a courtyard.
- Enter theatre through the ground floor entrance.
