Xiwen Liang

Wind Symphony Solo Competition Winner

Xiwen Liang is a current sophomore at the Henry M. Gunn High School where she is a member of the school’s Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra. In 2022 she was accepted into the California All-State Junior High School Concert Band, and in 2023 was accepted into the California All-State High School Symphonic Band. Last year, she was also accepted into the California Orchestra Director’s Association’s (CODA) Honor Symphony Orchestra as the piccoloist. In 2024, Xiwen was accepted into the California All-State High School Concert Band.
