Payment Plans: Families may also pay tuition utilizing a Tuition Payment Plan. Please contact the CYS Office should you wish to create a payment plan.

Late Fees or Returned Checks: A $10 late fee will apply for payments received after the 10-day grace period. A $10 charge will apply for returned checks.

Refunds:  All fees and tuition payments are non-refundable, with some exceptional cases to be reviewed.

Delinquent Accounts:  Families with outstanding tuition balances from the prior years will need to pay their prior year balances before they can register for the current year's program.  Families whose accounts not in good standing will be contacted and will be subject to a status review and could result in a student not being able to participate further into the season.

Application for Financial Assistance

Please contact the CYS office for an Application for Financial Assistance (FA). The FA Application must be completed with all of the required information submitted before applications can be reviewed. Applications will be reviewed and awards offered on a rolling basis. Families are encouraged to apply for assistance as soon as possible, so they can have the opportunity to review their award and financial commitment before registering for programs.

If you think you may be eligible for financial assistance based on a change of income or other financial circumstances during the season, please contact the CYS Office.

Applicants can expect strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information provided and award results. Applications will need to include a copy of the first page of the family’s Federal Income Tax Form 1040 for the most recent tax year. Please block out all Social Security #’s from the 1040 Tax Form as CYS does not use this information. Applicants will receive a Financial Assistance Award Letter reflecting their award status by USPS mail. Any portion of the Member Tuition or Tour Fees not covered by the Financial Assistance Award and Registration Deposit will be due upon invoicing.

The Financial Assistance Awards Committee will be responsible for determining the number and amounts of awards provided. Some criteria that determine the award amount include: household income, number of children in CYS programs, number of programs your student is participating in, and any special or unique family circumstances. A strong cover letter supporting your request for need is strongly encouraged. Every effort will be made to meet the needs of students and their families.
